Black Friday Chaos.

Hi guys, I'm sorry I've been so busy and off my game lately but we all know the holidays are around the corner and there are just so much preparations to do. So therefore, I'll try to be blogging as much as possible. Anyways, Happy Belated Thanksgiving! Hope you guys all had a wonderful Wobble-Gobble day with your family and loved ones. I know I did and I stuffed my face like no other. Well, I'm just sharing a few of my Black Friday hauls with you guys and I hope you all got some great shopping done as well. Love love love holiday season, makes me feel so cheery and happy.

Crazy mess isn't it? Pretty much had to elbow, punch, kick, and karate my way to these things but it's all well worth it. I got the Xbox Kinect at Target (Top 30 in line, you see...) for $199. Super duper great deal! And my electric griddle was only $10 at Kohl's. And a few proudly-earned bruises and scars here and there but no biggie. I like buying stuff for loved ones, especially when there are just so many great deals going around. >.<  I also shopped for more stuff online so they'll be coming to me in no time. I think it is safe to say that yes, I did go psycho this year. You just can't resist a good deal you know.

Only $10 at Charlotte Russe today. Normally was $35.99.

My Vintage Rose Bustier. Also $10

Bedazzled Crop Top. $10 as well.

Green Parka Coat from Old Navy $40. I've been looking for this baby for a long time. I love me a warm jacket for the cold season. Too bad it didn't come with a fur collar but I'm thinking of sewing one on myself, huh? Sounds fun doesn't it?

Polkadot Sheer Top $5.

Tribal Printed Clutch from Target. Only $5.08. Cute isn't it?

And these awesome leg-warmers I got from Kohl's for half-off. They're from Vera Wang so you get the idea of how expensive they are normally. But I can't wait to try them on! I'm super excited for all the stuff I've purchased so far. Gonna go get my Kinect on. Have a great night everyone and enjoy your weekend off still. Muah!

A Night With Maximus.

Dreamy Eye.

Smelly Face.

Confused.

ILY.

I'm Tired.

Love my darling little baby. He's only the cutest.

Healthy Freaks?

Our kitchen counter is being flooded with all these new nutritious choices for the fridge. Mr. Lee and me are doing this new diet thing, well it's not that we're trying to lose weigh or anything. We just simply want to be healthier when it comes to our food choices, exercise more and save money on going out to eat. The average American couple/household eat out several times per week, simply because we're too busy/lazy/tired from the day to cook. Here are a few reasons that I think cooking or trying to make your own food is way better than eating out:

  • Your food will definitely taste better. If you are not a proud chef (because trust me... I've had my fair share of burning recipes) there are many websites/books to help you out (cookingchanneltv.comfoodnetwork.com, etc). Or just remember, Salt n Pepper are your best tastebuds.
  • Eating healthier choices that are packed with proteins, vitamins, and oils will definitely improve your  daily energy and help you lead an active life.
  • You won't feel as bloated or look as bloated from food that is overcrowded with sodium. Being a woman, I know that uncomfortable feeling when you can't fit in your jeans, or your shirts feel too tight, therefore eating leafy greens, whole grains, or natural fruits will definitely help preventing that.
  • Your bank account will thank you because you'll save about $2800 per year from withstanding going out to eat. And that doesn't even cover the money you spend on breakfast/lunch when you're working. Mr. Lee and I spend at least about $10-$15/day for breakfast/lunch because we've never brought our own meals, that makes about $10500 per year. WOW!
  • It is important to eat healthy foods and to avoid foods with high saturated and trans fats in order to lose excess fat in the abdominal and thigh areas.
  • It is also easier to prevent calorie intake then to work it off later on. You will have to work out 3x times as hard just to get rid of that little, so-called innocent hamburger you just had.
  • The less processed your food is, the preferable.
  • Diabetes, obesity, depressions, hair-loss, memory-loss will not look good on you. Eating bad food daily is the bridge to all of those. Exercise at least 3-4 times a week, even if it's only about half an hour per time. Being active helps putting your body in shape and alert.

Well, these are just a few. I could go on and on and on. I understand that you make your own choice when it comes to your lifestyle but just a slight change in your daily diet could do you so much good, help you out so much. You will slowly but surely see the changes in your body, mentally and physically. From eating healthier food, you will certainly be more happy. Remember, you are what you eat, so why not eat the best food Mother Nature has to offer?

A Little Bit of Fall Love.

Hi all, how's everybody doing on this gloomy Monday? I'm doing great and just want to share a few Instagram pictures of my new shopping spree. Went to Forever21 over the weekend and totally fell in love with a few fall items in store. I decided to be a pretty sunshine on a gloomy day when I was picking out my outfit that morning... as you can tell. Bright and bold colors will always go together so when you want to bold-ify your outfits with beaming colors, you are safe with two options: 1. Same family;   2. Opposites attract. You don't want to stray too far and end up looking like the rainbow had a little accident on you. Before putting color and color in conjunction, you should visualize them in your head to see if they clash with one another somehow, and what I usually do is that I use a color chart to help putting colors together.

 Fur Vest: $27.89
(My outfit with the vest on, cute eh?)

Geo Pattern Cardigan: $29.80
(Option #2)

(Close-up)

(Close-up)

Stack Spike Rings: $2.85

Skinny Legging Jeans with Zippers: $15.85

Aren't these just so appealing? You should check your local Forever21 ASAP for your new favorite fall clothing items. I like layering and accessorizing so fall is the perfect weather to do that before the cold, harsh winter hits. And another thing that I love about fall clothing is that they hide away your body's imperfections better than summer clothes for sure. As much as I love crop tops and short skirts, classy cardigans, cute sweaters, bold leggings, charming scarves and comfy boots are always my go-to choices. Nobody's perfect and our clothing should be the ones to give us support, to make us feel beautiful.

HAVE A GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE.

Target's Bullseye!

So I saw this pin on Pinterest not long ago about the sale that Target has going on every day of the week. And yes, of course I'm gonna share this delicious information with all you beautiful readers just because I love you guys. Anyways, I'll also put up the link to the original site so go check it out some more if ya wanna. I know we all love Target. (and look at that cutie pie in the picture!)

Monday Target Markdowns: Kids’ Clothing, Stationery (office supplies, gift wrap), Electronics.
Tuesday Target Markdowns: Women’s Clothing and Domestics.
Wednesday Target Markdowns: Men’s Clothing, Toys, Health and Beauty.
Thursday Target Markdowns: Lingerie, Shoes, Housewares.

Target Haul.

Hi guys, I'm here today to post up a few super awesome items I've just freshly purchased at Target. I went there quickly after I got out of work tonight and I guess it was my lucky night because everything was literally on sale. So here they are.

Beautiful Infinity Knit Scarf $19.99
This was kinda pricey. I usually don't want to pay so much for winter scarfs just because I constantly am changing them and I just have so many. But I could not resist this beautiful scarf. Nice, big, fluffy, warm and if you live in cold weather, trust me, you will need this.

Leopard Print Ankle Boots

Even though it says $14.98, they were only $8.98. Gotta love Target Deals. Super comfortable and super cute, you can't ever get old with leopard print. They will always be in style.

Make-up Haul!

Brush & Sponge Cleanser by Sonia Kashuk $6.99
Extend your make-up brushes/sponges by washing them at least once a week. I know it's hard to find time in our busy lives to sit down and clean our brushes but this product is a spray-on so that'll just make it all the more easy. Taking care of them is better than buying new brushes every time.

NYC High Definition Liquid Eyeliner in Extra Black $1.78
(Precise Felt Tip)

For something that's supposed to be extra black, this liner isn't anywhere near that. Even though the tip was easy to apply and ultra fine, I'm not at all satisfied with the darkness of this product. I like my liners dark and dangerous, so I don't know if I'd recommended it to you guys.

Elf Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil in Coffee $1

Look how different it is compared to the first liner from NYC (above)! Totally 2 different worlds, right? And for $1, this is a complete steal! Love love love how dark and smudge free it is. No smear and bold lines, what else could I ask for? I actually jumped into the shower with my hand like this after application, and surprisingly after 45 minutes of being in the hot water, it was still holding on to its dear life. So if it's rainy weather where you live, this is the puuuurrrfect liner for you. And cheap! ^_^

Maybeline New York Concealer Stick in Ivory (Light) $5.49

Thoroughly conceals blemishes and other imperfections. Glides on smoothly and blends in perfectly for a natural coverage. I've been hearing good reviews about this product so I can't wait to try it out. This stick is also very small and portable so it'll be great for touch-ups later on. Look how completely blended in this concealer is on my skin! Truly amazing. I'm ecstatic to put this in my make-up routine.
